Smooth Heals to Soften Your Skin!

Smooth Heals Body CreamIf you are like me, the harsh winter takes a huge toll on your skin. You may think that because I live in Southern California, I wouldn’t have this problem. But the Santa Ana winds suck any – and all – moisture right out of me. On top of dealing with these drying winds, it is also flu season; the constant washing of my hands has only added to my need in finding something that will replenish the moisture of my skin and help it look better!

I know, there are plenty of skin care products out there for dry skin, but I have tried every over-the-counter lotion out there and have been nothing but disappointed. They are either too greasy, too thin in consistency, or have over-powering fragrances.

So I figured I need to look beyond the local Target and CVS pharmacy. So I hopped on the Internet and started my search. I stumbled upon Smooth Heals, which quickly caught my attention! Its owner and creator, Tennie Smith, has been hands-on in creating and testing her product.

Being a registered nurse for over 25 years, Tennie has had plenty of experience in treating certain skin conditions, such as dry flaky skin and stretch marks. She started by enhancing products that were already on the market, and eventually devised her on cream.

I thought, WOW! This lady has really taken an interest in figuring out how to heal such dry skin – how can I not try it? So I contacted her right away and a week or so later, I had the Body Cream, Lip Balm, and Shaving Cream. I wasted no time trying it out!

Smooth Heals Shaving Cream'The cream is not your typical lotion consistency; it has more of a pasty consistency. At first I thought it was a tad greasy, but after a few seconds, it had totally been absorbed by my skin. It had a nice hint of lavender, but was no way overpowering. I loved it! I was so excited about it, I started passing it around the office, and the reactions I received were just as good as my own. This cream was fabulous! One other tidbit of information is that it is all organic!

I also tried the Lip Balm, and loved it. I have been using it every day, and have noticed fewer cracks on my lips. I just started using it on my son’s lips, and I am excited to see how it works for him. I am still not sure how I feel about the shaving cream, because I have not used it as often as the Body Cream and Lip Balm to notice much of a huge difference.

    Well put Denice. I put the lotion on my elbows that are raw and red all winter long and right away I felt the difference. Wonderful Product!!!

    I actually got to use this cream too and it is great, you know men do not have options when it comes to lotion and potions, either they are too perfumy or oily, and sometimes embarring to buy becasue of the packaging or color ( and mainly because they are marketed for a female clientail , it is hard to have a pink bottle of lotion on your desk in a office if you are male. Any how I used it on my hands and it was the cure to all the dry flaky skin in between my fingers , and no overpoering smell. I highly recommend this product.     Cool! I am always looking for a good hand cream and foot cream especially ORGANIC!! This winter my hands have been so dry and nothing seems to help, and I live in Florida! I am definitely going to try this out. Thanks Denice!

    I couldn’t agree with you more. I live very close to Santa Ana, in Irvine, in fact. My skin gets really dry during the winter. Also, I recently went to Vegas, and that place is hell for the skin. Thanks for sharing your experience with this moisturizer, I’ll definitely check it out!

    Yes you all, This product is AMAZING!!! I highly recommend contacting Tennie and ordering some. I used the shaving cream the other day and I am quickly liking it too!!

    This is a product I absolutely have to try. I still haven’t found a product to cure my dry skin without leaving my skin too greasy. This winter has had some killer effects on my poor skin.

    I am very fussy when it comes to lotions, if the smell is to strong it bothers my allergies, I don’t like it if its to thick or waxy feeling and sometimes it makes my eczema act up. So when I tried this I thought it was just like all the others but after a few seconds my skin felt silky smooth. I am very interested in trying the shaving cream and lip balm.

    I have the honor of living in the same city as Tennie, she is a sweet lady who truely believes in her product. I gave it a try and have now started on the larger tub of the body cream. I LOVE IT. I no longer have dry cracked heels and have smooth elbows and hands. She also informed me it can be used as a hair conditioner. Tried it as a condition (a little goes a long way) and LOVE IT. No more frizzies for me.

    I have purchased the body cream as well as the heel cream for the last two years after being introduced to it a local festival. I am 100% pleased with the results. I have used many other products in the past but I will always use the Smooth Heals products in the future. I highly recommend them to anyone interested in having smooth skin.
