I’ll admit it; I’m truly one of the glamorously challenged. It’s not that I don’t love a pink and black color palette, or Parisian-inspired décor; in fact, there are only few things I love more. It’s just a matter of personal limitations – those are my glamour boundaries. I can appreciate edginess in femininity, but I have a really hard time pulling off anything that remotely hints of glitter.
So with today being Valentines’ Day, I had to find some makeup with a more subtle bling factor. I’m happy to share that I came across Bella Il Fiore, a cosmetic line that offers glamour on a simpler level than many of us are used to. In other words, they do it like the French do!
Understated but confident. Fashionable within reason. Get the idea? And because nothing helps a glamour-free girl feel instantly transformed like clutching pretty packaging, Bella products are all wrapped up in the cutest pink and black French patterns. It’s darn near close to flawlessly feminine!

If you’re on a last-minute hunt for Valentines’ Day enhancements and happen to check out their range of cosmetics, personal care, and even gifts/boudoir, you may find that it’s hard to pick a favorite item. I decided that the Pretty in Paris Face Palette is a stand-out for its wear-to-work quality. It contains those key daytime shades that make us think of classic French couture: peach, cream, coffee. As a nighttime equivalent, I love the Roller Ball Eye Shadows, with metallic shades reminiscent of the 70’s groupie era.
I’m still not sure which colors I’ll combine when the hubby and I head out for pizza tonight in celebration of Valentines’ Day, kids in tow (sadly, I’m not joking). But I’ll tell you this: Whether your V-Day involves laying low or doing the fantasy date thing, keeping your glamour subtle and feminine – not scary – can be made easier with Bella Il Fiore.
I love them so much that I’m including another Bella goodie in a future Beauty Chat giveaway. I won’t give away the surprise, but if you’re the do-your-own-nails type, check back soon!

Yikes, I’m a day late to see your finding. But Bella Il Fiore products look super cute! I think I can probably find use for it on other occasions too!
