Say Yes to Carrots! It Does the Hair Good.

Posted by Jacquie at 5:10 pm

Hair care is important to all us, whether you have a fear of hair loss and you need for a hair transplant, or you just love to pamper your hair and scalp. So I am happy to say that I have a new favorite product that has really helped my dry, damaged and thinning hair.

Say Yes to Carrots and Beautiful Hair!

Yes To Carrots is a company that uses the juice from orange colored produce, Dead Sea Mud, vitamins, and minerals in skin and hair care products. We all know these items can do amazing things inside our bodies, but who would have thought to put them in our hair?

Yes to Carrots did!

Due to hormone changes from my pregnancy and too much coloring, my hair is falling out like crazy – handfuls at a time.  I hate when my hair looks dry and damaged, so that is why I usually color it to put some shine and body back into it. But that just damages it, thus causing more hair to fall out! It is a vicious cycle. So I went looking for a product to help protect and nourish my hair and scalp.

I found Pampering Carrot Juice Shampoo and Pampering Hair Mud Conditioner.  The smell is not at all what I expected from a bunch of fruits and veggies.  It smells soft and clean.  At first, the only difference I noticed was that my hair felt really soft.  After three days, I noticed that my hair was more manageable and felt less dry.

But my excitement soared when I noticed the re-growth around my hair line.  I am not going to go bald!  I know the shampoo and conditioner are not fully responsible but I do think they deserve some credit.

Yes To Carrots shampoo and conditioner has put a stop to the cycle, allowing my hair to grow back healthy, shiny and with more body because it does not build up on my hair.

Check them out! You can get Yes To Carrots products at Walgreens and the price is just right. I have also been trying some of their other products, so be sure to check back for a review.

I have passed by this product so many times at Walgreens and wondered whether it was worth the price, which seemed a bit high, for a drugstore. I definitely won’t pass by it again. Very interesting post.

WOW! This info couldn’t have come at a better time for me. I’m losing my hair due to stress and I really needed to try something to help. I will definitely try this!

I am a caregiver fulltime in my home and losing my hair because of stress and other health reasons. It’s good to know something out there to try without having to pick and choose and waste $$ before finding what I am looking for. Thanks!

sodium laureth sulfate or SLS is not bad for hair, it is bad for the environment and has been found to contain very low levels of a known carcinogen

Hi, I recently read some great articles on the internet by Jayne Lancer. She said the same as you about mud conditioner. Now I’m convinced and will try it soon as I get the chance.
    Great blog. Megan

I discovered this by buying travel sizes because I needed some for a vacation. I like to pamper my hair and it can be very unruly as it is extremely curly. Since using this stuff it is stronger and softer and more manageable than it has ever been. I also had some acne problems and used the facial cleanser as it said it was gentle. My acne has pretty much clear up. I am looking forward to trying other products of this line. My mother is a beauty consultant and I had her look at the ingredients and she gave me the OK to use them so I have a feeling your hair is in safe hands.

The Shielo Volume Bounce Creme is something my friend with fab hair recommentde – and I am totally impressed! It says to apply to damp towel dried hair or whenever you need to throughout the day and I do just that….it never leaves my hair feeling greasy just SOFT, SOFT, SOFT, which I love :)

It is perfect to use right before a blow dry or even when you use a hair straightener. It helps tame those unruly flyaways and brings moisture to your dry ends. It has Milk Proteins in it, leaving your hair soft, shiny and totally put together ( I kind of stole that last line from the back of the product, but it is OH SO TRUE!) This product makes me happy ot have soft, shiny hair again.
