Not to be biased, but my favorites were the two written by ME :) I really enjoyed getting to work with such an awesome site, and I look forward to more in the future!

My favorite was “Dress Your Age” by Jennifer. I’m in my twenties, and it’s good to know that as I age I can still be fashionable. And I totally agree with keeping some to the imagination and not baring too much skin. What’s the fun in that?

I liked “A Little Sex and a Whole Lotta City” by Mellori. I loved that movie, but even more I loved the fashionable shoes!

I have to say that “Dress Your Age”, is one of my favorites as well. Just because we get older, doesnt mean that our fashion sense has to stay old. In my early thirties, I still like to look fab but sophisticated as well.

    June 26, 2008 at 3:08 pm

I agree with ( dress your age). I sometimes see older women wearing tight pants, just dosn’t look right, unless of course, they have the perfect body then they wouldn’t look their age at all. Fresh, natural looking skin helps, to much make-up and you look like a clown, which just adds to your age.

    June 26, 2008 at 3:09 pm

i like “Dress your age” because i can learn how to dress in a fashionable way.

My favorite article was French Tip Dip. I love the idea of the product because I have the same problem. I want to have nice looking nails, but if you don’t have acrylics, the polish just doesn’t stay. This was wonderful!

    June 26, 2008 at 3:11 pm

I love the entire forum blog, all have been relevant to me and my needs.
But the one that stands out the most is the entries about wrinkle products. I wanted to be sure of reviews of different products before i spent a lot of money. The posters have been very helpful with their reviews. Thank you all very much for a wonderful website.

“Dress your age” finally gave me the black and white leverage I needed to prove to my mom that while her mini tye dye skirts were outdated for her, she can still rock in “groovy gear”! Plus, who can’t love an article that propels them to SHOP! AMEN!

  33. Jessica

    June 26, 2008 at 3:21 pm

I loved “Help! Our Makeup Junkie Wants to find the Right Foundation” because I always had a hard time matching my skin tone. Thanks! :)

  34. Sara L.

    June 26, 2008 at 3:22 pm

I have 2 actually out of the personal stories. First would be Jacquie’s Personal Story: “I Want My Pre-Pregnancy Body Back!” Every single mom out there now how that feels and how to relate to it. The second would be Would You Trash Your Wedding Dress? I loved because its so blunt and practical why let the dress hang in the closet for years when you can have fun in the now!

I love beauty in real life, because that is me. I am 38 years old and have 2 children, 4 and 6, plus a very busy lifestyle. I want to look great without thinking about it too much or spending too much! THe segment on eyeliner was especially helpful, as I have problems with oily skin causing terrible raccoon eyes. Thanks, and Happy Anniversary!

  52. Laura

    June 26, 2008 at 3:33 pm

I have really enjoyed all the articles I have read, but loved the “A little sex and a whole lot of city” All of us fashionistas and glamour girls love dreaming of that lifestyle…oh the shoes!

    June 26, 2008 at 3:36 pm

The Face Shapes (& Haircut Mistakes) was the most beneficial to me. I had hair almost to my waist, saw this article, went to my stylist and have loved my new “do” ever since. Thanks!

  60. Marsha

    June 26, 2008 at 3:38 pm

I liked “dress your age” by Jennifer, as well. My thoughts are: if you’ve already worn it in another decade, you probably shouldn’t be wearing it again.

  61. guilded lily

    June 26, 2008 at 3:39 pm

I would have to say the Dress Your Age article was on point.
    Happy Anniversary!

  62. Anita Rose

    June 26, 2008 at 3:39 pm

There are so many favorites, it is hard to list just one, but I would have to say that the most informative and impacting on me was the Dress your Age. I’m almost 35, and for a while, I was committing fashion suicide! I felt that I was too old to dress fashionably. But thanks to the article, I am now dressing fashionably, and age appropriate, and best of all, I didn’t have to sacrifice my own comfort for fashion. This site has been a eye-opening experience.

  63. Kerrin

    June 26, 2008 at 3:40 pm

I love them all also, but I must say “Dress Your Age”, because it was eye-opening, and there are so many people who just don’t!!!!

  64. Michelle

    June 26, 2008 at 3:41 pm

Definitley “dress your age”,, way too many 40 year olds dressing in teen fashions, not cool. It was very well written.

  65. Julie

    June 26, 2008 at 3:43 pm

    June 26, 2008 at 3:45 pm

there are a lot of articles that i like but my favorite article is the sex in the city article. love it!

  72. Angel205

    June 26, 2008 at 3:45 pm

“Dress Your Age” by Jennifer, was my favorite. I’m 40ish, and I see people all the time trying to dress like they are still in their teens. I can still be fashionable wearing clothes that are for my age. Actually, I think I look very good for my age. And as for as showing to much skin, well to me it only makes you look trashy and cheap when you bare it all.

  73. Barbara Baker

    June 26, 2008 at 3:45 pm

I’d have to agree with Lindsay with the best being “A little sex and a whole lot of city”. That was a really good one.

Count me in for this giveaway!!!

  74. Lois Winn

    June 26, 2008 at 3:45 pm

  75. Nancy McCaig

    June 26, 2008 at 3:45 pm

To join the chorus, it’s “Dress Your Age.” This had good advice for women of all ages. I wish many women would heed such advice more often.

  76. Lauren

    June 26, 2008 at 3:45 pm

I also like “dress your age” because it tells you how to dress geared towards your age. Too many older people try to dress younger with tight clothes and it just doesn’t look good.

  77. Rachel

    June 26, 2008 at 3:46 pm

I liked “Dress Your Age” because being a younger woman myself, I want to educate myself on acceptable fashion for all age groups so I don’t embarrass myself in later years.

  78. stacy

    June 26, 2008 at 3:46 pm

I liked hearing from Brook about organic products. I guess it does make sense that we’d want to only put the same things on our skin as we put into our bodies

I liked the Redpoint and Fatima Olive article, because living in Alaska, the only way I get exposure to great new cosmetic lines is by reading your articles. I’m definately looking forward to trying out some Redpoint products ASAP, especially the ‘Blushwhip.’ cosmetics that are good for your skin, AND great quality makeup–sounds like a winning combination to me!

I, too liked “Dress Your Age”! I am so tired of seeing people who DON’T dress their age, and it was refreshing to see someone with the same view I have on how to appropriately dress! Less is NOT always more. And at 31, it is also nice to know that I can still “dress my age” and look great too!

  101. christina Andrade

    June 26, 2008 at 3:56 pm

Dress your age, best site ever! You must see the Sex and The City movie, they Carrie wore fabulous outfits. All the girls looked really good, I thought Miranda looked amazing! I love Charlottes dress style the best though for me, she dresses soft and girly!

I have so many favorites, dress your age and Sarahs’ handbag of the month series. Since I’m 43 I guess its time to dress my age, and the tips were great. I love, love, love Sarahs handbag of the month…I am a purse junkie but cannot afford to indulge in my addiction often (if at all) and I love to lust over the newest bag of the month and imagine me owning it! Someday I know I’ll be able to buy anything bag I want and not worry I’m spending my sons future college savings ;-)

I only recently joined the Beauty Chat Blog but I have read a few of the recent articles that were posted. I really enjoyed “Massage Benefits on Beauty and Health” (6-13-08). I wish I had more $$ for routine massages because I am a firm believer that they help and heal. A friend of mine is a LMT and she promotes the benefits of massage therapy quite often. She just recently gave me some much needed advice on how to work with my shoulder muscles and bones in order to alleviate some severe pain I’ve been experiencing. It works! So, to all those that dedicate themselves to massage therapy… I salute you!!

I am pretty new to this site but it has been a blast reading editor and user reviews of products before I make purchases. Therefore my favorite articles are those that involve reviewing products. For example, Editor’s 12 Lowest-Rated Products is a good heads up to be skeptical of the listed products.
I also have enjoyed the worst celebrity hairstyles, just good for a giggle!

I really enjoyed the “Dress Your Age” by Jennifer because it gave me a little insight into how to look fashionable but still look my age. Being in my mid 20’s I am always struggling to dress the way I like but remain professional at work. I enjoy that I do not have to give up being comfortable to be fashionable or sexy.

Dress your age for sure, too many of us in our 40’s either try to compete with our teenage daughters or the other extreme, too matronly and sloppy.I was glad for ideas that real women can use to look pulled together and fresh.

I love the one about dressing your age. I’m 36 and I’ve had my mother openly criticize women who show “too much leg” etc. The article made me feel more confident! I also loved the review of SATC because I wanted to make sure it was worth seeing before I went!

“Dress Your Age” has to be my very favorite.I’m 68 and definitely know that I have no business wearing any of the cute things meant for younger women. I’ve seen too many women who need to read “Dress Your Age” and perhaps purchase a new full length mirror.A woman can look terrific at any age but she should definitely wear whats appropriate for her age.

Also the “dress your age” is a very good one. I liked it but since I’m in my early twenties I think I have a lot to choose from, but I still learned I have to pick well!

Although it doesn’t appear to have gotten the attention it needs, I was happy to read “Keep Warm After Winter Pedicures with Sexy Socklettes by Foot Petals!”

I can go any day w/o having my nails polished, but I can’t go a day without having my toes primped and primed. I have always hated those cold days (and nights) I have had to put off painting my toes as my socks had to go back on as fast as they came off becauses my tootsies were so cold.

This was always a no win situation not to ruin the fresh polish. Glad to see now I have a alternative with these cute little socklettes, or even to make my own by cutting off the toe part. So creative I am but never thought of doing so.

I loved the blog about self-tanning. I laughed out loud- really!- when I saw the Donald and when I read the comment about George Hamilton. The spray tan for better looking abs is an interesting idea and I wonder how it would look on me!

Loved your artical on “Dress for your age” Nothing boosts your self confidence more than knowing you look your best, no matter what you are doing that day. I am 55 and was always taught to never get “caught” looking like a “frump” and always Dress from the head down, to many women just give up and run around in sweats, There is a time and place for everything, at my age I don’t want to look like my Daughters, but pulled together, top to bottom, Hopfully your artical will inspire more women to take pride in their appearance and shake them out of their 80’s comfort zone!! Thank you for addressing Beauty at any age, Not just the 20 somethings. For every thing, there is a Season, ageing gracefully is something to be proud of… Just use it to your advantage, your artical proves it can and should be done… Thanks for all of your imformation, Love your website!!! Happy Birthday and keep it going, we as women need you…….. I know I will keep learning..Kate

I really liked “Dress Your Age” by Jennifer. I was always taught by my mom to never show everything at once, but these days I thought that train of thought was going out of style. It’s nice to see that you can still be stylish and sexy–with your clothes on!

“A little sex and a whole lotta city”. I have a problem with “Dress your age” because I have no intention of growing old, gracefully or othrwise- & the beautify of being a Boomer is that I don’t have to! :-) If you wants to get yourself a shapeless mumu, & stop wearing makeup, minis, and heels, knock yourself out!

Loved the article about the book “Tick Tock Goes Your Body Clock” and “Making the Cut: Lifts and Lipo” It’s fascinating to me how people are going under the knife for beauty’s sake. I don’t think it’s all about vanity at all…..I’d do it in a heartbeat if I had the money!

Keeping up with the Kardashians…I just this they’re a kick… butt-kicking funny. I think Kim’s butt is real because she’s so self conscious about it, but hey girl, your big a– makes some good cash!

    June 26, 2008 at 5:52 pm

Your “Dress Your Age” blog resounded with me – a lot. While youth and beauty go in hand, I hate the fact that “older” women sometimes feel forced to adopt the latest, barely-there 20-something fashions. Sophisticated and classy styles will highlight a maturing woman’s beauty, elegance, and grace and allow her to feel comfortable in her own shoes.

  270. Amy

    June 26, 2008 at 5:53 pm

I particularly liked the article titled “skinHarmony Pure Skin Care”. I’m in my late twenties, and I’m taking steps now to take care of my skin so it looks great when I get older. I know we’ve all heard it a billion times, but I can’t stress it enough: sunscreen EVERY day is a must!

I really enjoy all of them, however, dress your age really talked to me. I am soon to be 54 and felt like I was already dressing “too old” but didn’t want to dress “too young” either as I think it looks cheap.. Thanks!

‘Dress Your Age’ is my favorite of the moment. I am on the cusp of 40, and have been rather down in the dumps about my wardrobe, and what to wear now that I am getting ‘older’. It was a great help in choosing things that make me feel attractive, without running the risk of appearing silly.

My favorite article was, “A Little Sex and a Whole Lotta City.” Written by a true fan, not one of those myopic (mostly male) reviewers who bashed what was, to me, one of the greatest movies of the year!

I loved “Makeup meets skincare”. I am starting to show some signs of aging and want to look good for years to come. I am always told I have very nice skin, but hey I want to keep it that way. I try to minimize the look of makeup and take care of my skin. I love the concept of the mineral makeup, but sometimes not necessarily the makeup itself. So this is great to combine the 2 concepts into one product also.

My favorite Beauty Chat article is Juice Beauty Quenches the Skin’s Thirst. I have been trying to buy more organic products. Especially since my skin has become so sensitive. I had heard of them but never check them out so I didn’t realize they were organic products until I read that article. Thanks for the great giveaway!

I liked the pure style article on cosmetic procedures…I often think of what I could and would get if I could afford some of those procedures….definitely botox, maybe a nose job, maybe (okay probably a boob job)….but I also think my imperfections add to my look, so I guess for the time being I will age gracefully.

My favorite was French Tip Dip because it introduced a GREAT product!! I am just amazed at how well this works and that I can get up to 50 french tip applications for the cost of one half-decent French Manicure at the salon. I can choose whatever color I want for my tips and it works PERFECTLY! It lasts soo much longer than a salon paint job and it looks better, too.
Thanks for sharing this product with everyone!

I loved the french tip dip article…it’s great to learn about different options. Being from the “middle of nowhere” in PA I sometimes am the last to hear about what is up and coming or new on the beauty scene. This site helps me to feel informed and “in the loop”!!

i like jennifers’ blog on how to get a tan without sun damage. When it comes to sun damage alot of people are eduated enough on what it actually does to your body. I’ve also noticed that people rely on myts or on what their friends tell them. In the future they’ll look like old leather bags..man oh man!

First off, let me say Happy Anniversary! I’ve been reading for quite some time and I love how your postings run the gamut from beauty, to style, to fashion, to gifts, and even poise – just great quality stuff. I loved the Pure STYLE Girlfriends article (Jun 16). I’d been considering a breast augmentation and was still on the fence due to the fact that there’s no product out there to really address that “pancake boob” all mothers who’ve nursed their children experienced (and I too am a victim of, sad to say;-) The Pick-Me-Ups work magic for those outfits when I feel self-conscious, and because they’re just a removable product, I’m not stuck to one breast size or shape like I would be had I got them augmented (and my outfits that look fabulous sans tape still do – I’d be popping out of them if I got implants). The tapes definitely helped me get more mileage out of my pre-baby wardrobe and gave my girls a little lift..hopefully staving off some drastic surgical procedure (for a minor nitpick I had) for oh, maybe another 10-15 years. Thank you!

I liked the dress your age. So many woman dress like they are 21 again and I find it gross. At 25, I at least know how to cover myself up. Now there is nothing wrong with showing alittle bit of skin. But you cross the line when you are showing your bust, stomach, and legs. Just pick one, and stick with that.

Dress your age seems to be the favorite to write about and I have to agree with the rest of the woman, I turned 40 yrs old in March and for the most part hate going to the mall where most of the clothes are for teeny teens. I do like to be sexy when it’s the time but for the most part a comfy pair of jeans and t-shirt is me all the way. I find being 40 I can still dress classy and not trashy. And am proud to say I am 40 and beautiful. All woman are beautiful it’s truly how you carry yourself. Thanks CCkat

I have read every well written article on your well produced website. I too, celebrate your first anniversary… There have been so many great topics this past year, and I have learned a lot! OK. SATC was good, Pilates was good, Plastic surgery is always fun… And I love Handbags… Getting it back after baby moved me… But I think I learned the most from Dressing Your Age. It Matters. I live in So Cal where no one seems to grow up. I need this good information to keep me from dressing like a dork. I am a grown up now and it’s good to know I am within my boundaries. Thanks Beauty Chat for a great first year. Looking forward to growing old with you…

I love buying lotions and fragrancesfor my Mom. She usually buys her own cosmetics but since I drive her she often asks my opinion about colors, also because her eyesight is deficient for some matters of judgment. Blessed with a youthful look at age sixty,
I can still enjoy wearing a wide range of

My favorite article of the past, was, “Queen Bee’s Shaving Grace-Jody Shays,” Posted by DENICE. I’ve never actually ordered a beauty product online, after reading a review or article about it. But when I read this one, I found the cure to a painful problem that my hubby was having, with his ingrown hairs and shaving! Queen Bee works SO great, and I never would have even KNOWN or HEARD about it, if it wasn’t for Denice, and Beauty Chat Blog! So THANK YOU gals and one guy (Randy) for the great blog, and all the hard work, you do! I Love your site, and now read your blog, religiously! :) -Melanie in Michigan

“Mom in Red Heels” is my favorite blog on this site. The best feature is how she’ll showcase a series of articles (like brightly colored high heels) and then when you’re thinking, “Yeah right. Where and how am I going to wear those???” She puts together a collage of the shoes paired with a piece of jewelry, a top and a pair of pants or skirt to show how it all goes together. FANTASTIC idea for those of us who don’t know how to coordinate well. Her style is also appropriate for a woman in her 20’s through her 40’s — very impressive.

I enjoyed the article “Dress Your Age”. As a 40-something who works with 50-something women whose styles stretch from matronly to hipper-than-a-20-year-old, I’ve struggled with a personal style that’s appropriate for my age and figure. Thanks!

I loved the trash your wedding dress: she makes a great point i got married 3.5 years ago and i still have my wedding dress in the closet i have even moved from where i used to live and dragged it along with me for sentimental reasons. i think that your wedding day is something so grand that every women dreams of and if you can’t have fun with the one of the things that made you look so beautiful and stand out from the crowd on that speacial day then you won’t have those happy, exciting and adventurous moments of looking for new ways and places to take your sexy & pretty picture….. thank you

  487. Amy

    June 27, 2008 at 6:14 am

As with some others, I really liked the ‘Dress Your Age’ article. I find that as I get older I still like to look in style but know that in style for my age differs from other age groups. I find that some people tend to dress a lot younger styled and it just doesn’t look age appropriate nor does the younger style really suit some who like to dress that way. Being in style doesn’t mean you have to dress like a teenager.

“Dress Your Age” was my favorite. I am 50 and I am lucky enough to have 3 attractive, fashionable daughters that love to dress me! They keep me current on trends, etc. to help me not look “old”. When the 4 of us go out most people think they are my sisters and think I am in my 30’s…so I guess they do a great job!! Just adding a matching scarf, some cute heels and a hot purse can make any outfit work and it is fun!!

I love the article, “Keeping up with the Kardashian’s beauty regimen”. My husband has a not-so-secret crush on Kim, and we get such a kick out of the show. It’s nice to hear that even someone like Kim, with adoring, drooling male fans all over the world, has to do a little up keep! (now if I could just afford it…)
    happy anniversary!!

Happy First Birthday! You all have THE BEST online info / news / how toos / product reviews and so on and so on and so on . . .
Thanks for ‘ dress your age ‘ because I really struggle with finding the balance between looking current and looking like I’m trying to wear my daughters’ clothing — fashions are curiously OVER THE TOP right now. What’s a woman to do !
As for the actual gifts in the prize: well, I already know that IQ Derma is AB-FAB, no doubt about it, so glad you all agree; hoping Redpoint products are AS awe inspiring because now I’m eager to try them. I trust you all’s judgements.

I was happy to read Denice’s post about the Johnathan hair and face wipes. I am trying not to overwash my hair because it’s very fine and I have a lot of breakage. The problem is, many mornings that I would like to skip a wash there is just enough oil at the scalp to flatten my hair and make styling a major pain. I am anxious to try these wipes!

I am new to the site but the one question that I got in on was the one about your favorite mineral makeup and why, It was great because it showed me some sites I had never heard of and I found some really pretty mineral makeup with great prices. I know I am going to like participateing in this Beauty Chat because anything that gives me great beauty for great prices is for me. And I thoroughly enjoyed the blogs I read. Thanks and God Bless, Barbara

Wishing you a very happy and successfull anniversary. I was more of a trial and error kind of a shopper, till I got on to your site. I am of asian origin and it is hard to find makeup to match my skin tone and even though most of your articles are informative, I loved the “make up on a budget” the best. Everyone wants to look good and in these expensive times, articles like these actually help women like me to find the right combination, feel good, feel confident about themselves and not break the bank at the same time. Kudos to you!

I loved what Denice had to say about “Redpoint and Fatima Olive”, as I have tried the Redpoint products offered on QVC and they really work and perform like they claim to. I am 50 yrs young and do not show my age and am usually guessed to be 40 at the most. This is due to my extreme lengths at using the best anti-aging products available. Redpoint is fabulous and I love everything I have ever tried – QVC just doesn’t always have what I want when I run out!

I love the “DRESS YOUR AGE”. I am a 32-year-old mother of two and found the tips especially helpful. I have been very fortunate and maintained a slim figure but refuse to dress ’skimpy’ b/c my daughter is 14 (an absolutely stunning) so it is up to me to set an example. I want her to know that you don’t have to sleazy to look attractive. It is important, especially w/the less then desirable role models young girls have today (i.e. Paris Hilton, Kim Kardashian, Kate Moss, etc.), for me to teach my daughter how to carry herself w/confidence, demand respect and put more value on her mind rather then flaunt her sex appeal.

I loved the Dress Your Age blog. I see so many women dressing in things that they should not be wearing, it is nice to have some guidelines set! Just because it looks good airbrushed in Hollywood, doesn’t mean it is practical for us “normal” people in the real world. You never get a second chance for a first impression.

Not very original, but, dress your age was mine as well… too many people dress way younger than they should. It seems like middle aged people try to dress like they are twenty and people that are twenty try to dress like adolescents! At least in Ohio…..

I especially loved the article about dressing your age. I find that as we get older, we become more comfortable with ourselves, in and out. When you dress your age, it reflects an inner confidence and shows you aren’t trying to pretend or appear younger or older to others. It’s how you feel inside that makes a statement outwards and age appropriate dress confirms this.

I enjoyed this blog out of all the blog’s that I have ever read. It is interesting to read about what over women like myself enjoy. It is really hard to narrow it down, and this blog does exactly that! It feels GOOD to be a women, I LOVE IT!

The “Dress Your Age” blog was the most interesting to me and it captured my attention 100%! It was a smart way of explaining how one should dress in order to make sure they are appealing & feel confident no matter what the age. As an ex fashion designer turned personal trainer/fitness model, nowadays I find it more challenging to figure out what is still suitable because I am no lonegr 20 years old. In your 30s you do start to double think what you wear because you don’t want to be too over the top, but at the same time you also don’t want to become boring & blah! Thanks for the article & keep it coming!!! Eszter

I, too, want to vote for Dress your Age. I think that it is important to know that as you age, its best to dress more appropriate for your age group, but to also be reassured that dressing age appropriate for us “older” gals doesn’t have to mean dressing frumpy or in mom jeans.

At the risk of sounding like ALL the others who wrote before, the “Dress Your Age” article was one of the best articles I have read. It was clear and not insulting at all. I had to pass the link on to several people, hoping that the message would be received!
But I love all the information I get here – I’ve adopted many new products because of raves and reviews I’ve read.
And thank for the opportunity to win a great package!

I thought the “Dress your age” article was interesting….however, it didn’t take into account women who are NOT mothers, perhaps who are in the entertainment biz and truly look 20 years younger than whats on their birth certificate.I am 43 but dance in rock videos. If anyone thinks I look a day over 25 I feel slighted.I am a fitness freak and health nut,and have not yet needed plastic surgery or even Botox yet.Plus,I guess I look countercultural. So, those generalities do not apply to me.People should just be themselves.Conformity is overrated and boring…

My favorite article is definitely “Massage Benefits on Beauty and Health”. I was lucky enough to enjoy a full-body massage, by a professional, only twice in my life. Those were the very best days! I’m glad to read the article and give myself permission to enjoy massages again. It won’t be merely indulgent if it also improves my health! Thanks Beauty Chat Blog!

Dress Your Age by Jennifer. I think a lot more people need to read that one! It has a lot of useful information and there are so many people who do not dress their age at all, which is not so good. I enjoyed that one :)

I enjoyed ” Dress your age” Two old sayings came to mind….1. Why give a man a cow when all he needs is a hamburger”( leave a little to the imagination) and 2.If you were around to wear ir before you got no business in it now.(mini skirts, hot pants, etc) I am knocking on the door of 60, still got a killer bod but would not be caught dead in some of the things I see women wearing. Some of the clothes they wear trying to be “sexy” really have quite the opposite effect.(sleazy)

As much as it sounds like a “copout” I really do find it difficult to pick a favourite from the funny, fab finds on this site. I think myself a girl with a bit more to consider than the intricicies of hair, makeup and fashion, and don’t generally seek out “advice sites”…but this is a fun one and I haven’t left it with that sick feeling in the pit of my tummy and a “well, THERE”S 10 minutes of my life lost forever…quite the contrary…rock on!

“Dress Your Age” is my fav. I have been guilty, in the past, of dressing a tad floozy-ish and about 15 years too young! :-( lol I have since learned my lesson though and dress appropriately now. I thought it was a brilliant article.

There are so many too choose from…I love all of them. To read chats and blogs and get information from different people to try different things to find what works for you. I love it. I cant wait to read more.

I hate to sound redundant but, yes, dressing your age was my favorite. I think that, in doing this, one looks even classier and sexier. I look forward to more articles addressing this topic with make up techniques from other angles (age appropriate make up techniques)

Dress your age was a great article. I wish I could give that article to a couple people I know. :-( I like all of them..I’m a make-up junkie and I am all about the eyebrows.

I read the article where it talks about the guy your are with on a date on what you looks at on you. He doesn’t like the over done look, too much jewerly or makeup. Just be yourself keep it simple.

I love being able to have my say on products and reading other reviews that are by real people or should I say everyday women like me. Thanks for making this website open to the public

I really enjoyed the Dress Your Age articles as I am getting to that age (37) when I don’t look right wearing the teen trends but I don’t want to dress like a fashion senseless old lady either. It at least set me in the right direction. Thanks!
