Interesting question, and one that probably varies depending upon a person’s health and other medications they are taking. In general, though I think several days a week would be pretty good for most people. Our bodies need to take a break from some supplements, depending upon whether they are fat or water soluable. However, if my skin turns around and looks great by using a product like this one, I’d be wanting to take it regularily and as recommended—I wouldn’t want to let that slip away!!! Besides, its easier than a complicated regimen!

I think for anything to be beneficial to your health, it has to be done consistently!

I don’t see why it would not be for both men and women. Guys are just as interested as women in looking younger too.

Although I take some of the ingredients already, it would be a whole lot easier to pop one pill instead of ten. I definitely will look into this. Thanks.

Oops, I didn’t enter to win. That is an interesting question. Jamie is home for the weekend, and we were discussing antioxidants and whether there was credible research to indicate that they were truly beneficial. From my last post, you will note that I take antioxidants, as well as try to eat my eight a day through fruits and veggies. But back to the contest, once a day.

I would take a guess at 3 weeks or so. The amount of time necessary for the new skin to reach the skin’s surface.

I think you should take a product daily in order to get the best benefits, but with this one, I’m not certain

I have a crazy lifestyle involving alot of travel and I think that realistically I am doing very well indeed if I take my supplements 4 days a week.

I think you need to take oral supplemnts daily to recieve total benefits from them. Your body flushes out toxins every day and drinking plenty of water helps to flush them out of your system as well as some of the supplements.

I believe one has to take vitamins and supplements every single day for at least 90 days to truly benefit from them. The article says 2 caps a day and so I would take 2 caps a day, actually I take mine at night before bedtime so I don’t flush out all the good stuff during the day.

It probably needs to be taken with meals two to three times a day, EVERYDAY. For any type of supplement to work, it has to be taken on a regular basis and not just “when I remember!!”

As long as the supplement has been FDA approved, (many out there over the counter are not) I would say to follow the guidelines as directed to get the maximum benefits. If the product is quality, research has been done as well as clinical tests to make sure your getting what you need to maintain good health!!

Adorage MD “was engineered so that you have to take no more than 2 capsules per day to promote healthy skin.” You’ll receive all the healthy benefits for your skin in those two capsules!

daily– would be my guess so that the body is able to become fully enriched with the nutrients from the suppliment and use it as it needs it and what is not used will be removed daily with natural body cleasing of waste.

You should always follow the directions on the label, within reason of course, which in the instance of this product would be 2 capsules a day.

Supplements are sooo important to your health and well-being! They should be taken consistantly, and according to the instructions provided as some vitamins/minerals are water-soluable and pass through our system freely, and some are fat-soluable and tend to build-up.

Supplements are usually taken twice daily, but simply take as directed. The benefits of the product usually work for me in about 2-4 weeks of continued use.

I wonder if it is safe for someone trying to get pregnant? I’ve had to stop using Retin-A which is a bummer, so if I could take this supplement and it worked well, that would be wonderful!
