Just a few days after Denice’s post about RAW Minerals products, I bring you another blog featuring the same company. However, this time we’re going to talk about the cosmetics line’s Mineral Eye Shadow Trios.

Easy to apply, semi-translucent powder, goes on smoothly to create an effortless, yet beautiful, look. This is a nice change of pace from many eye shadows that go on thick and look caked on.

Here’s how the RAW Web site describes these trios:

I, personally, appreciate how the shadows are compiled into trios of complementary hues. Applying makeup is a whole lot easier when the colors are already paired up. I have the “Tuscany” shades and they are flattering, neutral tones.

To apply these shadows, I use RAW’s All-Over Eye Shadow Brush. In fact, I like this tool so much that it has replaced my MAC brushes.

The eye shadow trio retails for $35, and the brush for $20. For all that you get, $55 is a pretty reasonable price. Well-worth the sultry appearance that these products can create.
