Vacay Tan in a Bottle!

Bikini Kitchen would like to introduce you to their new tanning lotion, Booty Butter. According to their Web site, this new lotion is “Straight from the Hawaiian Islands, this super-potent, skin-nourishing blend of Aloe, Kukui Nut, Light Mineral Oil and Kona Coffee extract glides on golden brown and goes to work.”

Booty Butter’s ingredients are meant to nourish the skin, all the while providing you with a glowing tan. Aloe sooths and nourishes, the Kukui nut oil is a “Hawaiian secret for glowing skin” and Kona coffee extract may help prevent skin cancer. Sounds like a better tanning lotion than some of the others I’ve tried!

Being a fan of a glowing tan, I was excited to try this lotion out. However, the sun has been a bit shy lately (darn this winter weather!) and I had to resort to my former addiction: tanning salons. Since this lotion is meant for sunbathing not a tanning bed, I made to use the stand up machine – I didn’t want to damage the beds.

At first, I enjoyed the familiar smell of coffee when opening the bottle; unfortunately, as I baked for about 12 minutes, the scent was much too strong. Perhaps if I had been outdoors with a light breeze it wouldn’t have been so bad. Also, it seemed to be a bit too greasy. Other lotions are absorbed after a few minutes, but Booty Butter maintained it’s moisture and oily feeling. Again, this scenario may not be the best one for this lotion.

    I would love to try the Bikini Kitchen Booty Butter! I am wanting to get a healthy looking glow for spring. I’m tired of looking ghostly!

    I have tried Booty Butter in the tanning booths and outdoors. I have noticed that a little of this product goes a long way. I guess thats the key so that the smell is pleasant and not overpowering. So far my tan is nice and golden brown when i use this product.

    Personally, I love the smell of coffee in skin-care products–it’s a very sexy and exotic scent. The “greasy” aspect may be due to the natural oils–which are probably great for your skin…

    Spring and summer are fast approaching. I already have my bikini but I still need that glowing tan. This product looks yummy and may be just what I need to look fabulous.

    I am so excited to try this product out in Puerto Rico on vacation!! I have friends who swear by it and I have to say they are always the perfect tan!! I find that the men love the smell of coffee too – so that’s always a plus!! yipped – perfect tan here i come!!

    This stuff is the BEST! I am addicted. The best part is, if you’re feeling a little pasty, it gives you an instant “glow”. Great for girls and guys — my boyfriend loves it because he never burns when he uses it. You will never use anything else!!

    Booty Butter maintaining it’s moisture and oily feeling may really be a bit too much.

    Anyways I think trying it will be a better idea.

    Love this stuff!! It’s all I use now instead of the usual Hawain Tropics products I used to use. I love how you look instantly tan when you put in on, and the smell is tropical and yum! Thanks for bringing this over here!

    I used it all summer long last year and had the best tan I’ve ever had. 100% a fan of Booty Butter.

    I first tried Booty Butter a few months ago and I absolutely LOVED it!!! I have not used another tanning product ever since.(and I have tried them ALL) I am a TRUE sun worshiper and Booty Butter always leaves me with an awesome dark bronzed tan!!

    I got a sample of Booty Butter from my local tanning salon and loved it. I use it more for outside than inside as I think it works better when you have a full hour in the sun and allow time for it to soak in. I have gotten compliments, which has never happened, on my golden tan! Whoo hoo! I HEART Booty Butter tanning lotion!!!!

    I love this product! The key is that a little goes a very long ways! It soaks in and isn’t greasy at all…just leaves my skin feeling silky with a gorgeous glow! I get the absolute best tan when I use this product!

    I dont want to wear my shorts now, because my legs are so white. But with Booty Butter, I can get the great looking tan legs I want and my husband loves. Thanks Booty Butter.

    Who doesn’t want a nice smokin’ hot tan and smelling delicious! I love the name, love the website, love the owners and CAN WAIT to try it out. I’ve tried products like this before but nothing compares to the ingredients from Booty Butter.

    I love this stuff–it smells so good! I would recommend it to anyone who wants the perfect golden tan without all the greasiness of most products!

    Hi Jen- I tried Booty Butter too, and I agree it was a little greasy. I love the smell of coffee, but I don’t particularly want to tan smelling like it. It just isn’t that appealing to me…

    Love the smell! This is really great stuff – have tried lots of other indoor and outdoor lotions that I could do without but I’m definitely a fan of this one.

    Wow, I would love to receive something like that, these days tanning is part of my passion, since I don’t want to get skin diseases caused by UV rays by the sun and most of all skin cancer, I’m so afraid to have them, that is why I turned to sunless tanning, actually I have recently undergo sunless tanning dallas, and I’m really happy with its results, by the way.. I’m also looking forward in winning this one~ thanks a lot

    I really white and i am going to the beach i need something to help me tan… i have never been tan and would love to know what it looks like and feels like
