		<description>One of the things I have started doing when there aren&#039;t many healthy options is opting for a kids meal.  The food comes in smaller portions, which allows me to at least control the amount I am eating.  And it makes my kids happy because I am able to pass the toys on to them.  It&#039;s a win-win situation.  You&#039;d be amazed at how filling a kids meal can be.</description>

		<description>Gooooo Subway! Whenever I have a craving for a little treat, I avoid the fries and cheeseburger and replace it with a turkey on wheat with all the veggies and the baked Lays chips. It&#039;s healthy, delish (!), and doesn&#039;t take up my whole day&#039;s calories in one meal. Great post!!!</description>
