Giving back has rewards!

Johnson's Body Care 24 Hour Body LotionThank you for all the wonderful comments! It’s great to see how everyone gives back to their community. However, we are only able to choose one winner to receive Ashanti’s favorite Johnson’s Body Care products…congrats to Rachelle Nucci!

Here’s how she contributes:

“I give back to the community because I participate in a lot of things. One of the programs I participate in at school is JROTC. In this class you learn about giving back to others and being a responsible and dedicated leader and a team player. We go over to the middle school every Wednesday and read to the kids that are struggling in their reading classes. I love reading to them because it makes me feel good that I have helped someone out. I also participate in sports, which include volleyball, softball, and I also did the drill team which was a lot of fun.”

    OK, so two things: I love the Johnson & Johnson body wash. It is luxuriously soft and gentle on my skin. No irritation, which is of course a benefit.

    Also, I was in JROTC as a freshmen in high school. I actually substituted my P.E. class with JROTC! Ironic that I was on the varsity softball team at the time, so it wasn’t like I didn’t like being active. Who knows — maybe there was something about marching the halls when others were in class that I enjoyed.

    Unfortunately, we didn’t do nearly the volunteer work that you did. Wish we had though. Keep up the self-less work… ;)

    I believe after school programs are necessary. In today’s world where so many families have two parents working (or single parent working) the children are often left to fend for themselves for a few hours after school every day. I support after school programs in every way I can.
