Hi Laquayva!

There are many different levels of MVP, count yourself amongst the lucky ones that don't have to take daily medication! :) Unfortunately, I have a moderately severe case and have had to change quite a few things about my lifestyle. But I have grown accustomed to the changes! Glad to hear that you don't have problems with your MVP! :D

Hi!
I was diagnosed with Mitral Valve Prolapse in 1991 and I was never told that I couldn't do any type of Cardiovascular activity. But then again, I don't know if all MVP cases are the same. I don't even get heart palpitations or shortness of breath. There are also times where they can't hear it with a stethoscope. Basically, I would have never known I had it, if it weren't for my routine physical.
Interesting :-)
