		<description>My spouse had 2 stomach sugeries. Make a soy (women) whey (men) protein shake or eat yogurt for breakfast. Eat plenty of fish. Fish oil is good for you. Fish is protein. Since you gain weight at night, try to eat a hot lunch w/salad, veg. and fish, chicken or steak. At night, eat by 6:00 pm. a snack. 1/2 a shake, yogurt, small salad, banana is potassium and can be put in the shake, or eat banana in evening. My spouse eats protein bars, as well. I think you should just cut down on your portions and exercise, exercise, exercise!
