As I brush my hair after I shower, I notice that a lot of it ends up on my brush. This has been happening for quite some time but I’ve never really thought too much of it. I come from a family with full heads of hair so going bald isn’t something I fear. However, I do fear the day that I see a gray hair. My mom has been dying her hair since she was very young, and while her brothers and sisters have lush mounds of hair, they’re all salt and peppered!

Ask any woman and she’ll tell you there are some areas of her body she’s not too fond of. Be it breasts that she wants augmented, cellulite she hopes would disappear, and so on and so forth. This is precisely why plastic surgery is so popular. However, what if you want instant results — minus surgical assistance?

When it comes to my fashion sense, I like to think of myself as a person who stands outside of the box. Let me clarify, I would define my style as comfortable and chic — yet, in a way, sloppy?
I guess I can say I have a style all my own. Outside of work, I can be regularly seen wearing layers of necklaces, bracelets, scarves, darker makeup, darker clothes, and slip on tennis shoes (my shoes always come untied). I look a bit gothic, punk, grunge, yet girly.

While relaxing poolside, I like to catch up on my Hollywood gossip by reading People magazine. On one particular day, as I was reading the “Style Watch” section, I came across this super cute makeup. As I read a little more, I saw the segment is on celebrity makeup artist Mezhgan (make up artist on American Idol) and her makeup line Me by {Me}zhgan. I was taken by the little bit of info and immediately starting doing more research!

After looking over her site (and loving all her makeup) I decided to contact her to see if I could get info on the glamour girl behind the brand. I got LUCKY! I went straight to the source, Mezhgan, and we had a great conversation. Here’s some of what we chatted about: More »

So when I think of Madonna, I think: America’s material girl, Vogue-ing, her cowboy hat, her fabulous muscular body, and how lucky her kids are to have such a talented mom, and…how lucky Justin Timberlake is to have worked with her!

I also think of how punk rock this pop star has always been; Madonna has always played by her own rules and knows what it means to make a statement. More »

My hair is quite important to me, so when I heard Kate Hudson was teaming up with a well-known hair stylist to create an eco-friendly hair care line, I just had to put it on my list of must haves! David Babaii for WildAid consists of hair care products and styling tools that are innovative and eco-friendly. Great, huh? Not only is the packaging made of recyclable materials, but these products are free of sulfates, parabens, and petrochemicals — all damaging to hair.
