I think it’s pretty much safe to say yes, celebrities still heavily influence the growth and popularity of plastic surgery trends. In addition, Reality TV such as Dr. 90210 has played a major role in the public seeing firsthand the “reality” behind plastic surgery; and for many people, this has inspired them to go forward and undergo some sort of improvement. I am not a plastic surgeon, a beauty expert, or a skincare specialist — but I do know when something does not appear healthy. And right now, I’m thinkin’ of Priscilla Presley - a current contestant on “Dancing with the Stars” (on tonight!).

Check out the new column on Your New Body Blog, featuring two Beverly Hills plastic surgeons: Dr. Stuart Linder (”BodyDocBlogger”) and Dr. Robert Kotler (”FaceDocBlogger”). It’s called Tuck N’ Stitch. And I don’t know about you, but getting insider information is always helpful when celebrity plastic surgery results are questionable!

Hey Dr. 90210 lovers!

I want to keep you posted on the status of episode 15, the season finale. Unfortunately, I only caught parts of this show and want to see it in its entirety before giving you a full summary on iEnhance.com.

I am desperately waiting for a re-airing of the episode on E! Entertainment (and of course they aren’t airing it again for awhile: Sunday, Nov 18, 8 a.m. and Friday, Dec 14, 11 a.m.).

You can look for my recap soon. I’m so sorry about the delay! Until then, anyone have any thoughts or comments on the way the season ended? I did see the final minutes of the episode, and can I just say, definitely not the cliffhanger I expected!

 This week on Dr. 90210:

Dr. David Matlock is our featured Dr. 90210 plastic surgeon on episode 14. Although it has been a few weeks since we caught up with him, he seems to be on the same dating path as he was before: having fun with no pressure of a commitment! Despite the attempts of his daughter Jessica to convince him to settle down, Dr. Matlock has no interest in monogamy and intends to take advantage of his freedom.

In addition to his dating life, we also know that Dr. Matlock’s practice is thriving as well. This week we see how his surgical skills positively impact the lives of his patients.

The most moving segments of this episode of Dr. 90210 were those that contained breast cancer survivor Greta, Dr. Gary Motykie’s patient. What she has gone through in life, and what we see on this one-hour show, is amazing and touching.
