My hair is quite important to me, so when I heard Kate Hudson was teaming up with a well-known hair stylist to create an eco-friendly hair care line, I just had to put it on my list of must haves! David Babaii for WildAid consists of hair care products and styling tools that are innovative and eco-friendly. Great, huh? Not only is the packaging made of recyclable materials, but these products are free of sulfates, parabens, and petrochemicals — all damaging to hair.

I know one too many fashionistas who fall victim to shoveling every piece of their beauty life into their handbags, even on a night out. My own verdict - GUILTY!

“The message was: So you’re single. You can still have sex. You can have a great life. And if you marry, don’t just sponge off a man or be the gold-medal-winning mother. Don’t use men to get what you want in life — get it for yourself.” — Helen Gurley Brown

I love fashion (you may be able to tell since I blog about it often), and I adore it even more when there’s a good cause attached to a label. For example, I am totally into Rebecca & Drew right now. Not only does this line make great clothing that is perfect for the workplace, but they also have been linked to Dress for Success, an organization that provides business attire to women searching for employment.
